Celebrate the Firsts – Earth’s Best Giveaway!
When I was in college I was a nanny for a family that had 3 amazing little boys, aged 6 and under. Both of their parents were athletes, so their house was filled with healthy foods – and it was at their house where I was introduced to the world of organic foods. I scoffed at their need to buy organic everything, though I would have never dared breathe a word of that out loud. One day, the boys were sleeping and I sat down in the kitchen to study for a test with a glass of organic milk and an organic cookie (or 3). I was almost completely engrossed in French History when I realized that I was having the most fantastic-tasting milk and cookie snack EVER.
I was sold. (Yes, leave it to me to like it because it tastes better, not because it’s better for me.) I went home that night and spent a couple of hours on the internet, researching and discovering the benefits of organic foods. Since then I have been buying organic for myself, and eventually for my family. Naturally, having Little AG brought a whole new set of concerns to light – first and foremost I wanted to be sure that what I was feeding her was the absolute, top-of-the-line best thing for her. I didn’t want anything in her little body that was less than perfect. I eventually settled on Earth’s Best – we used their cereal, teething cookies, fruit bars, and baby food (and um, ok, I may have even eaten a few of their Sesame Street cheese crackers myself in a moment of weakness). Little AG and I both approved.

I really shop and am careful when I buy organic to make sure it is really organic- this company has high ratings everywhere I look and from everyone I talk to.
These look like such great products. It’s so important to start feeding children well when they are little so they don’t pick up bad habits later in life.
Organic food tends to be more expensive, but Earth’s Best is cool because they offer coupons, and not cheapo ones either. I strive to be organic in what I serve my kids/babies/family, and EB is one of those rare companies that I trust 100%. Cool giveaway, whoever wins hits the jackpot!

It has to be hard to find really organic foods! Unless you grow your own, how can you REALLY be sure? Baby foods should be more organic and have good stuff in them!
Earth’s Best is good because its baby food is packaged in glass jars, not plastic like some baby foods. Plastic containers can leach BPA, which is a synthetic hormone that can be dangerous.
Earth’s Best is a great company! I think I like their cookies more than my toddler does. This would be nice to win for our little babe!

I’ll admit we usually make our own baby food, but when there are ones I don’t like to make, like bananas, we do choose organic. I’d love to win this set for my daughter coming next month.

Earth’s Best is the best standby when you do not have time to make baby food. The ingredients are all natural so you feel good about your baby’s nutrition.
Aubrie is just starting out on baby foods so we go through a lot of this stuff. Would love to try it out and compare to other leading brands.

I make most of my son’s baby food, but when I buy it, I only buy Earth’s Best. The flavors seem better and my son gobbles it up!
Mealtime for my child has become one of my favorite parts of the day. Knowing that I am nourishing him, interacting with him, and giving him the means to help him grow make me feel proud and delighted.

Everyone is having a tough time right now with the economy. I have a 4 month old son that is just starting on cereals and fruits/veggies. We try to raise our kids to be healthy & smart eaters from the very beginning. That’s what we did with our daughter and she is now 5 and enjoys trying all different kids of new foods. She even loves Sushi!

I love your story of how you came to organics. I can’t believe how many people still don’t get it. My pet peeve is famous chefs who I can tell are using organics because I know the container shapes and label designs…well, they never mention it or work it into their running monologues how and why they use organics, this would influence a ton of people who idolize television chefs.

We only fed our first son Earth’s Best and when we ended up needing to supplement with formula only Earth’s Best would do!! We had to drive a town over to buy it from BabiesRUs and then when they stopped carrying it we would stock up when we visited family about 400 miles away!! He’s 17 months now and he still loves the Earth’s Best snacks and juice boxes. When his twin brother’s are born in April they will get the same Earth’s Best treatment! My daughter is just starting solid foods. I try to mostly make my own so that I know exactly what I’m feeding her. This set would be great for the times when I just don’t have a chance to cook and puree my own food!

I made my own baby food for both of my daughters. There first food was garbanzo beans i thought that it would be high in protein. I had a baby food grinder and did it by hand. It was possible to freeze the food in ice cube trays but i liked to make it fresh.

I always wanted to see the difference between regular food and organic food and this would be something I can let my kid try.
Earth’s Best is pretty much the only line of organic baby food products we can buy around here and we love it! We never used just jarred food exclusively, but it was so nice to have when we traveled.
All I have to say to this is the obvious, Earth’s Best Rules my food world. The taste is amazing and the fact that it’s organic rocks my world and my family’s because we know were eating good.

My baby loves Earth’s Best foods, especially the green pea/carrot soup, butternut squash bisque and sweet potato soup! I love the sweet smell of their shampoo/body wash for babies .. . so yummy!

I am just getting to the point where I’m going to need to start making baby food again. The little jars are perfect to have as back-up because no matter how prepared and organized a person is….there is ALWAYS going to be that time that they are caught without some food. I’d love to win for my niece whose little one is now eating big boy food.
This would be the perfect thing for me to win. I have a ten week old and before I know it, it will be time to start feeding him more then just mother’s milk.
We love this brand and try to buy organice whenever we can for baby. What you eat really does make a difference in your health and this company makes it easy for our baby to have great food choices. Thanks to you and this company.
Funny story about this brand: I was looking for a baby product that started with E for a baby shower game and the only thing I could find was this product. I ended up buying 2 so I could have a jar of pears for my own babies and it’s wonderful!

Can’t always afford everything organic, but I have learned which foods are the most important to buy organic…like milk, meats, fruits with skins that you eat, etc. Wish our house could be totally organic!!! One day…

We switched to organic foods and hygiene products several years ago to give our children the best start possible. It has been a great decision!
I never tried the food, but the puffs/cookies were always very good!
Organic food is important to me because my son is still young and untainted by all the preservatives and additives that plague most diets today. THANK YOU for the opportunity!
I always feel better giving my son TRUE organic food. I feel like I am not pumping him full of chemicals when I choose to be more picky for him. He (and I) would be truly grateful for more healthy food choices for him.

i’ve been trying to feed my baby girl the best, just like you said. none of that gross stuff like corn syrup, preservatives, artificial colors. she deserves better than that and i want her to love vegetables and fruit. thanks for featuring this product!

The Sweet Potatoes sound yummy
My son is 3 and half months old and I am getting to that nervous “what-do-I-feed-him?” stage. I don’t want to put things in his precious little body that has chemicals and unnatural/unhealthy byproducts. Ewwww! Earth’s Best looks like it is the best solution!
