Speed Styling with the Bio Ionic One Pass {Giveaway CLOSED}

Confession: I’m obsessed with my hair. The color, the cut, the shine, the softness, the style… OBSESSED. My hair is naturally wavy and incredibly thick – it takes almost 45 minutes to blow dry. Yes, I work hard for all of this hair, especially if it’s down and styled. Of course, for all of this hair a gal needs some pretty serious tools. When Bio Ionic approached me about taking their One Pass Flat Iron for a run, I couldn’t turn them down.
An iron that only needs to pass ONCE through your hair to straighten it? Unheard of! I have so much hair that it sometimes takes 3 or 4 passes to get that smooth look that I’m going for. I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical. So I tried it.
One Pass. They aren’t kidding. Here is video proof, too. It works just like that.

2. Healthier Hair. First of all, with only one pass, your hair is taking less abuse. Secondly, the ionic technology actually makes it softer and healthier – it straightens your hair from the inside out.
3. Looks. It doesn’t just go fast and make your hair all healthy and stuff. It LOOKS GOOD. Isn’t that the reason we’re doing this, anyway? Or, is that just me?

So, would you say that your hair doesn’t frizz out with this one? I have nearly given up on straighteners because no matter what I was using, they seemed to fry my hair and give me flyaways/frizz quite often. I would LOVE it if this one didn’t do that.

I just became a fan after watching the video…..this is amazing….having 3 other females (ages 21, 14, 12) in the house is always a fight over the straightener lol….This would be awesome to win!!! My tip…once every week I I use a leave-in conditioner on my hair overnight, really helps avoid the heat damage.

I have become a Facebook fan of Bio Ionic – thank you for the information and link. Sharing a styling tip or my favorite celeb hairstyle to win an Ionic Freestyle Iron,a pleasure to do both.
My favorite styling tip when my hair is damp/dry, I bend at my knees and toss my hair/head up and down three times. If a rainy or humid day, I will spray a light hairspray or styling spray and then up/down two more times. Next, I style, give a light spray of any kind of hairspray — then, you guessed it, up/down three times. I toss with my fingers a bit more to create more fluff/volume. I finish getting ready.
Then, I go back and look at hair – I use my fingers to style – may use hairspray again. Voila – I have accomplished getting volume and bounce.
My fav celeb hairstyle is that of Reese Witherspoon – all of her hairstyles. Her look has yet to disappoint me.

I have super thick wavy hair, too, and it’s so hard to control in the summer. I usualy use some Aveda hair control and hair spray – that helps keep me presentable even in the humidity.

I became a fan. I buy the cheap at-home hair dye kits just for the intense conditioner, and use it once a week. My hair gets amazingly soft, but not oily, and it’s a timesaver as well.
