Did you know there is a difference between Spiderman and The Amazing Spiderman? Well, I didn’t either, but ever since the last Spiderman movie came out our son has insisted that all of his current Spiderman costumes are. just. not. the. SAME.
Guess who finally got the new Amazing Spiderman suit and is very happy about it? Oh yeah, this kid. His sister is pretty excited to be dressed up as Minnie Mouse too. How cute are these kids? I mean, I know they’re mine but just look at the cuteness.
We stopped by Walmart recently to shop all-things Halloween. My husband was a bit like a crazy man – running around buying FIVE pumpkins when he realized that they were only $3.88 each – and that was for the big pumpkins. Normally they cost around $3 per pound here in Southern California but not at Walmart – and we were so excited about it. We also bought supplies for some fun baking projects, some fall-themed home decor, plus these awesome costumes.
We had so much fun costume shopping, too. I mean, check out my husband the pig and my son the angry bird. Heehee.
We were really happy with the extensive selection of costumes – the kids had trouble choosing a favorite. I was really impressed that Walmart even carries so many of the licensed characters – like Angry Birds, Disney Princesses, and the Marvel Superheroes. Not to mention, both costumes were under $20 – so they have licensed costumes at an affordable price – I didn’t even know that was possible!
Thank you Walmart for making our Halloween great! What will your kids dress up as for Halloween? Do you like to dress up too?
