Chic Shopper Chick was founded by Erika Lehmann, a self-professed shopping, beauty, and fashion addict! After years of having her friends use her as a “Where did you get that?” and “Where should I shop for a dress like this?” kind of source she was inspired to start Chic Shopper Chick as a way of sharing her favorite finds with others. Now in it’s second year, Chic Shopper Chick has become a go-to source for women to find tips on fashion, beauty, travel, technology, kids gear, and other great products for themselves and their families.
After graduating from Southeastern Louisiana University with a BA in French, Erika spent some time as a high school French teacher before leaving to devote her time to raising her daughter. She now spends her days balancing life as a stay-at-home mom to a very active 2 year old while growing and maintaining Chic Shopper Chick. She is an avid traveler and she loves to discover and explore new places, or discover new things about old places! She has picked up lots of great tips and tricks for traveling with children, as her daughter has earned more frequent flier miles in her two years of life than the average adult would earn in ten years!
Erika has been tapped to participate in large social media campaigns such as WalMart’s Eleven Moms and Frito Lay’s Fabulous 15. She is a Wishpot Mom Expert, was featured in Johnson & Johnson’s Real Moms Video Series and has been interviewed by Woman’s World Magazine. Erika is the co-host of Feel Good Fashion, a weekly show that airs on Blog Talk Radio, and she was also featured in the 2009 Hot Blogger Calendar. 
Born and raised in Louisiana, Erika considers herself to be a true Southern girl who loves a great-fitting pair of blue jeans and sweet tea, and hates what the Louisiana humidity does to her hair.
