Earth Day is April 22nd, and I’m continuing my celebration of this great month with another rockin’ giveaway of products that can make your everyday more eco-friendly!

WalMart Earth Month Giveaway Package

WalMart Earth Month Giveaway Package

Over the past few years I have made a much more concerted effort to “go green” in my daily lifestyle.  Going green doesn’t mean you have to do a complete 180 and sell your car to start walking everywhere!  You can do simple things each day to make your life more green and leave a much smaller imprint on the environment.  I have started bringing reusable bags to the grocery store, buying organic and local products when I can, and using non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products.  Before I was a mom, these things were important to me, but once I held my sweet baby girl in my arms, I realized how much more I wanted for her life, and how important it was to protect everything around us so that it would be here for her, and for her children.  It might be cliche and cheesy, but hey, I never said I wasn’t those things!  (I am most certainly both!)

I especially feel good about my decision to feed Little AG only organic milk, foods, and produce whenever possible.  I am glad that I know exactly what she is getting, and I never have to worry about fillers or unnecessary additives.  I also try to use only organic skincare and body products on her delicate skin (do you know that the things you put on your skin gets partially absorbed into your blood stream?) so that I can protect her however possible.  I also shop for organic clothing, and yes, you CAN get stylish organic clothing!

WalMart is also celebrating Earth Month, and as one of their newest Eleven Moms, I’m so excited to bring you this special Earth Day Giveaway!  This awesome package is valued at $130, and includes Tide Coldwater (helps you to save money on your energy bill!), A Brita Water Filter Pitcher, a Little Green Machine by Bissel, White Cloud’s “Green” Paper Towels, and a supply of Clorox’s Greenworks Eco-Frienly cleaning supplies!

Win it!! To enter this giveaway, leave a comment below with a way that you are trying to go “green”.  After your initial comment, every other (pertinent) comment left on this site on other posts from now through April 24th will count as an extra entry each.  You don’t need to come back to this post and tell me you commented on another post, I can stalk track you via your email/IP address.   As usual, extra entries are also available for blogging this contest with a link back here, stumbling Chic Shopper Chick (leave your stumble name), subscribing to my site, listening to the Feel Good Fashion radio show on Friday nights at 9pm EST/8pm CST, following me on Twitter.  That’s a ton of ways to win, so good luck!

US entries only, winner will be chosen via random.org at the end of the contest. Winners are posted here, please leave a valid email address or blog address if you’d like to be contacted should you win. Winner has 72 hours to claim their prize. This contest ends at 11:59 pm CST on April 24th, 2009.
