2009 Resolution: Get Organized! (A Giveaway)

527 Comments 06 January 2009

One of my New Years resolutions is to get organized. I have great intentions, but inevitably the clothes are no longer in the correct hamper, things come crashing down out of my pantry when I open the door, and my wallet becomes difficult to snap shut because of all of the receipts that I shove inside of it in case I “need it” later. I realize and freely admit that my lack of organization is not one of my more charming qualities. This year I need to work on the clothes sorting and cluttered pantry, but thankfully, I’ve got the stuffed wallet covered!

I wrote a post a while back about this awesome product called Neat Receipts – it is basically a scanner and software that allows you to scan receipts of any size into your computer. Not only does it scan them, but it logs them for you and pulls out all applicable information. You can read my review of Neat Receipts and decide for yourself, but trust me when I tell you that it is a huge lifesaver for me!

Would you like to get organized in the New Year? I have a Neat Receipts to give away to one lucky Chic Shopper Chick reader! To enter, leave a comment here sharing your New Years Resolution. Extra entries are available for stumbling Chic Shopper Chick and then leaving me your stumble name, following me on Twitter, and blogging about this and linking back to this post! Good luck!

US entries only, winner will be chosen via random.org at the end of the contest. Winners are posted here, please leave a valid email address or blog address if you’d like to be contacted should you win. Winner has 72 hours to claim their prize. This contest ends at 11:59 pm CST on January 14th, 2009.

I decided that by working for myself I would no longer have to take the chance of killing myself or someone else in a car accident. By the time I get to work I actually have white knuckles from clenching the steering wheel so hard. It will seem so nice to be able to stay home during those wintry days :) I am trying to get organized now and yet I started keeping my receipts in a shoe box lol lol I really could use this to record all of them receipts. Thanks for Sharing~!
