This awesome contraption uses physics to create a stunning yet functional design. Called the Salad Sunrise, it makes use of that high school science lesson on the density of liquids. Since oil is less dense than vinegar, it floats on top — meaning you pour using the spout on the left for oil and the spout on the right for vinegar. Pretty cool huh?
