I have an confession to make: I’m a choir girl. Yes, yours truly, in all of my chic glory is actually a very good 2nd Soprano. I have been singing in a choir for as long as I can remember — I think my earliest memory is the 4th grade, but it may have started even before that. I sang all through high school and auditioned for the Women’s Chorale in college, and was the lone French major in a room full of Music majors. It was a blast, I loved it. A good piece of music in 4 part harmony is enough to make me swoon.

I love their voices! I get goosebumps everytime that I hear them sing Amazing Grace. It is just so beautiful to listen to. Not to sound morbid or anything, but I would love to win this to make sure that this song would be played at my funeral (when the time comes). I’m battling a disease right now and am winning but have made my own plans to make it easier on family and have certain songs that I want played. But, that’s not going to be for a long, long time from now.

I want to win this so bad because I am mesmerized by these guys! I first saw them on Oprah, then I watched a whole hour on Public Television and was just overcome by their sound. I love them! I would love to win this music. i have seen them on TV and swore I’d get one of their CDs. So I went to Target and was just about to buy it when I realized I didn’t have enough money on me. I did have enough to get the baby food and other necessities. (And I really didn’t want to charge it). So I still don’t have it and i’ve been dropping hints for Christmas like crazy – no body gets it!!
