A couple of years ago I bought a DS for myself, my daughter took it so I bought another – it was fun, we could “chat”, play the same games and have fun until hers broke. There are so many features that makes the Nintendo DS so desirable. I love it because there are so many fun and entertaining games available for the entire family! There are so many games that our kids and enjoy as well as so many games for my husband and I to play that will challenge our brains! It’s funny because I was just telling my husband that I need something to boost my brain/memory power and he told me we should get a Nintendo DS because they have these memory boosting games that you can play. I bought my dad a Nintendo DS last year for his birthday. In January, my parents house burned down, taking the DS with it. I still have not been able to replace it for him. I had him working on the Brain Age games. I had to laugh when he said the first time on it, the game said he had the brain of an 80 year old. :lol

We don’t have any type of portable gaming system or even a plug in gaming system. My mother-in-law got one of these for Christmas…it is so little (doesn’t take up much space) and fun to play (actually some are educational & those are the best when you can learn & have fun!) First of all, it’s green – how cool is that? Everyone has a black DS but who has a green one? Secondly, the game sounds great. I have been so lazy when it comes to cooking lately; maybe this would motivate me. Thirdly, I’ve wanted a Nintendo since I was a little kid – when everyone else was getting the Nintendo 64, we had a Vic20 in our house. Lastly, it’s fun, portable and has a great game selection, even for the video-gamed challenged like myself.

I think the DS spring bundle is a great compilation. I’m impressed not only with the cool new green color, but the cooking mama game and other goodies. It is just so adorable and I love the color, it would be fun to play games with my son on his DSi.
I love the battery life (19 hrs) since I am awful at charging things and that I can play wifi! I have not had something like this since the original gameboy and I would love to share this with my husband and son. I also recently tried the DS out the other day for the first time and I am hooked on Brain Age!

My daughter has a very active 9 year old. She’s also had 14 heart operations. She is now having a serious complication in her LEG that has resulted from her very first heart operation (at 2 days old) and she’s mostly bed bound. I had to quit my job to care for her. I would like to win the Nintendo DS Lite because it has so many features and it is very interesting. It seems to be a successful product, along with the new Nintendo DSi that recently came out last month. The dual screens and the control of the brightness of the screen seem to be a good feature for contrasts. It seems to be all the rave!

What I really love about the DS is that when you play cooking mama for example you can blow into the screen and it will lower the temperature on your dishes, how cool is that. There’s more cool features, but this one’s great!

The 19 hours of continuous play is a great feature! I am 8 weeks away from having my baby via c-section so I will need plenty to do while I’m resting and won’t be able to get up often so this would be ideal!!

A Nintendo DS would be perfect for the whole family to use on car trips. We have to drive at least an hour to see the grandparents (and up to 12 to see some of the great-grandparents). The variety of games would ensure that we’d all have something interesting to play!

I like the game selection that Nintendo offers. The games can entertain children as well as adults… and my kid won’t ever let me borrow hers, so it’d be cool to have on eof my own.
I want to win the Nintendo DS because they have interactive programs to help one improve themselves, whether it is cooking, learning a language, tracking exercise or improving your brain age. Kudos to Nintendo for inventing a game truely for all ages.

My Most FAV feature is the Wi-Fi so you can connect with other to play, this is so cool!! It really helps that you can use the wi-fi a long time with the (up to) 19 hour gameplay time on one charge.
I saw this on your gift guide and I love it!! The green color really pops, and I am totally in love with the matching carry case! I don’t really know why, but these are my fav things about it too! I love that the DS has a touch screen and two screens. Its display resolution is also much clearer and more enhanced than that of the Game Boy Advance.
To be honest, it would be great to win this DS, but it would not be for me, but for my parents-in-law. They mentioned wanting to stay in mental shape by playing games like Brain Age, and this DS package would be a perfect belated Mother’s Day/early Father’s Day gift for the two of them to get started. My mom-in-law also loves to cook; I think she’d get a kick out of the game!
