Turkey. Cheesecake. Potatoes. Cookies. What didn’t we eat over the past few weeks? Now that I’m coming out of the Thanksgiving food coma, it’s time to really focus on staying on track with my gym routine through the rest of the year. I can get derailed so easily by holiday parties, cocktail hours, treats brought into work, and just plain wanting to stay in from the frigid weather. There is no better motivation to get into the gym than shopping…for new gym clothes! You can use my method of buying new duds and being excited to wear them so I go to the gym, or the Pavlovian method of rewarding yourself with new stylish workout gear when you hit a milestone (lose a certain amount of inches/pounds, are able to lift a certain weight, are consistent with your gym routine, or add time to your cardio). Either way you win! You look good in your new threads, feel good in them, and in a few short weeks you look even better! Score.

Have you ever done a review on men’s stuff? I tend to go with the opinion of females on most clothes…just a thought! :)
